Overview
After some months of new V1 go live, some data starts to come. Leaders and managers of V1 need to see how the results is going on, how the business is flowing and other numbers.
Realized the company still hadn't this solution, only by BI applications (business intelligence), but few visions. So I proposed something similar to analytics data apps, but something driven to V1 business.
Challenge
How demonstrate easy understanding charts and bars to transmit V1 results and data?
Based on V1 app platform, data and design patterns, creating a new app to V1 key users (managers, leaders, CEO, for example).
Goals
Design an app from the user's point of view.
Keeping V1 app design patterns.
Good and easy interface to better usability and user experience.
Data on real time.
Only for authorized users.

Business data
What is the most important?
In the user interview, with them, noted the needing of reach out the operation vision, such as:
How many V1 cars are roading in the streets.
Fleet status.
Journey status. Cars going to customer's location or already in the ride.
Cars position on real time in the map.
Driver status. If they stop for lunch, rest or other.
Rent Cars status by category and model.
And also business vision:
Daily and monthly revenue.
List of companies by revenue or rides.
Payment methods and the revenue for each one.

Wireframes and Prototypes
After defining the main flows, design the wireframes and the interaction between the screens before moving on to high fidelity and the visual components.
Visual application
V1 Pattern
Following the V1 design with component standards, I defined the V1 Analytics interface elements at this stage of the project.
Colors, typography and icons definition, based on Brand Book V1.
Creation of a manual to guide the application of the patterns and behaviors of the components on the screen.
Web Dashboard
Created a web dashboard to show on real time the driver's position, status and more details about the trip and ride.
In addition, created some alerts to operation team, for example: traffic, trip canceled, drivers with problem or damage car.
And on fo the most important point, the safety, based on driver's localization.

There are some data that me and the team didn't list before in the V1 app project. It's necessary envolve more the operation team. From there, we create a monthly schedule for this topic.
Constant knowledge about transport business and of the operation. The business team started creating, sharing and explain the business dashboards and more information for all the team.
